Return & Refund Policy

General Information

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you can return or exchange the product according to the conditions below. This policy is in accordance with the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia.

Return Procedure

1. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at info@whiteorchidcatalog.com.
2. The return form will be sent to your email. You must complete and submit it within 14 days of receiving the goods.
3. Returned goods must be shipped back within 7 calendar days from the date of submitting the return form.
4. All return shipping costs are paid by the buyer.
5. The returned product must be in its original packaging, unused, and with all manufacturer labels attached.
6. Returns can be made to a DPD parcel locker terminal in Riga, by prior arrangement with the Seller, at the following address: A. Dombrovska Street 23, Riga, LV-1015, Latvia.

Non-Returnable Items

• Products that show signs of use (worn, washed, damaged, stained, etc.).
• Items with strong odors (e.g., perfume, smoke, cosmetics, food).
• Goods missing original packaging or factory tags.
• Products damaged by the buyer due to misuse or improper handling.

Refund Conditions

• Refunds are issued within 14 days from the moment the returned goods are received and inspected.
• Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
• The refund amount includes the full value of the returned goods but does not cover shipping costs.
• If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item), we will cover the return shipping cost.

Exchanges

You can exchange the product for another size or model by contacting our customer service before sending the return. Exchange is possible only if the item is available in stock.

Cardholder Rights

Cardholders have the right to cancel an order and request a refund, unless otherwise specified by the merchant. Our Return & Refund Policy covers:
