Terms & Conditions (Remote Agreement)

Parties & Scope

This agreement is concluded between EXPERT CONSULTING JT SIA (hereinafter, the “Seller”) and the buyer who makes purchases in the online store www.whiteorchidcatalog.com. These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed on the website.

1. General Terms

1. The Seller undertakes to sell and deliver goods according to orders placed via the website.
2. These Terms apply to all orders placed in the online store.
3. By submitting an order, the buyer confirms they have read and accepted these Terms.
4. All prices shown include 21% VAT.
5. Delivery costs are not included in product prices and are calculated separately.
6. Product pages display detailed information and photos; actual colors may differ slightly.
7. All goods are checked for defects before shipment and are new (unused) with original tags.
8. Placing an order constitutes acceptance of the entire remote agreement.

2. Order, Delivery & Payment

2.1 Ordering

The buyer places an order through the website, indicating the product, quantity, and delivery details.

2.2 Invoicing

An invoice is prepared electronically and sent to the buyer’s email address. The invoice is valid without a handwritten signature.

2.3 Delivery Costs

Delivery costs are calculated separately and indicated at checkout according to the price list on the website.

2.4 Delivery Time

Each product page shows an estimated delivery time. The buyer should rely on the maximum period listed on the page (e.g., up to 16 working days ≈ 22 calendar days, and in some cases up to 30 calendar days).

2.5 Payment

Payment is made at the time of purchase using the methods available on the website.

2.6 Delivery Confirmation

Delivery may be confirmed after the Seller contacts the buyer by phone to agree on time.

2.7 Condition of Goods

All goods offered are new, unused and supplied with original manufacturer tags.

3. Return of Goods

1. In accordance with the Consumer Rights Protection Law of Latvia, the buyer may withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods by submitting a withdrawal form.
2. The buyer must return the goods within 7 calendar days from submitting the withdrawal form.
3. Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
4. The buyer is responsible for preserving the quality and safety of the goods during the return period.
5. Returns must include a purchase receipt or invoice.
6. Returns can be made to a parcel terminal in Riga via DPD or SmartPost, by prior arrangement with the Seller.
7. Used or damaged goods cannot be returned.
8. Goods with missing original packaging, odors (e.g., smoke, perfume), stains (e.g., cosmetics, food), or other damage are not accepted for return.
9. Refunds are processed within 14 days after the returned goods are received and inspected.
10. Exchanges are possible by prior agreement, subject to availability.
11. Non-returnable goods cannot be exchanged.

4. Privacy & Data Use

By entering personal data to place an order, the buyer agrees to its processing for the purpose of order fulfillment in accordance with applicable Latvian and EU legislation (including GDPR).

• The Seller does not sell or rent personal data. Data may be shared with third parties only to fulfill the order (e.g., DPD Latvija, SmartPost/Posti, and accounting partners) or if required by law.
